Asheboro Country Club, Asheboro, NC

Played the course on 19SEP15. Course was in okay shape, have seen it in a lot better shape. My biggest complaint was the locals on the course, caught up with a fivesome on the 13th hole. Not only played slowly but had no consideration for players behind them. part of the group was an old man and lady. He could hardly walk, and she tended to BS with the other players when she got to the cart instead of immediately moving to the next tee box. Tired of waiting I went around them and finished three holes ahead of them. When I asked the starter if they allowed fivesomes he said no. When i described the group he stated they the Friday "gang some" and felt that they owned the course. Knowing that that's how the members feel I will skip playing ACC from now forward.
