The 18-hole "Indian Springs" course at the Indian Springs Ranch facility in Eureka, Montana features 6,600 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 71. Designed by Dave Rogers/Neil Longhurst, the Indian Springs golf course opened in 2009.
I played this course twice. It has very narrow fairways and the rough is also narrow on both sides you only have about 30-40 yards of width to work with on most holes. If you miss the fairways and rough you end up in waist high grass and your ball is probably lost. I had fun when I played and thoroughly enjoyed the veiws. They will let you use a really cool yardage book that was very helpful. When the yardage book says play the ninth hole to the left it means way left. The grees are new and a bit spongy but that makes them very receptive. I think the full rate is a bit much, but if you go late in the day the specials are pretty good. The course was well maintained and fun. Most tee shots from the back two tees require going over long grass or other junk, this adds to the challenge. I would play this course again.
