Subdivision course. Nice homes, but the layout is compromised by the need to use the available land. Greens have been changed to champion so they should be better. Not a very interesting course, but will play as my course of second to last choice in the area (Irene is my last choice). Only way to get value is to get a deal or twilight kind of rates.

Course has been left to go to pot. Former bent grass greens are spotty and have too many bare spots and weeds. Grounds soggy, cart ruts everywhere.
