The 18-hole "Woodhill" course at the Woodhill Country Club facility in Wayzata, Minnesota features 6,569 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 71. The course rating is 72.4 and it has a slope rating of 131 on Bent grass. Designed by Donald J. Ross, ASGCA, the Woodhill golf course opened in 1916. Paul Gustafson manages the course as the General Manager.

Not only was this the nicest course I've played in the cities (and I've played all the popular local ones i.e. The Wilds, Troy Burne, Chaska Town, Rush Creek, etc..), but it was also the cheapest round I paid for all summer! The fairways were as lush as I'd ever seen, and the greens were absolutely perfect. If you get the opportunity to play with a member, DO NOT pass it up! For some reason my review shows as all 4 stars, but it is intended to be all 5. Nothing but the best out at Woodhill!
