This course is okay. Not great, not terrible.

Played Bay Hills on a hot Monday afternoon. The course has water in play, a bunch of doglegs, quite a few bunkers, some hills. The greens and fairways were in good shape. The bunkers were not. Mostly dirt or dusty sand. Makes it tough to get out of one of those dirt suckers if you hit into one.

The sandwich and hot dog in the clubhouse building was good. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

If you can get a deal, play it. The going rate appears to be $45 weekday and $60 weekend with cart. I would say that is a bit on the high side.

One of the best courses in Maryland. The best staff, the best food and a great course. Simply a real pleasure to play here.

I have never seen so many bees in my life! They were nesting in all of the bunkers! The grass was poorly maintained, especially in the tee boxes and the rough. Greens were pretty good, though. This course has the potential to be very nice.
