Much shorter than regulation - no real par fives. Condition inconsistent, but the primary problem is the rude starter. I was stuck behind slow players so I skipped ahead a couple holes making sure no one was behind me. I thought the starter was going to call the police on me - I won't return.

The starter staff and clubhouse staff (especially) have a lot to be desired. They are impersonal, grumpy, and rude the last few times I've gone. The starter ignores tee times (that they force you to make), and the last 3 times I've golfed there, I started a minimum of a half hour late.

In the clubhouse, after our round, I asked the bartender to put the Red Sox game on one of the 4 TVs they have... and she actually told me no!! LOL Then gave me a frozen beer! So my friend and I got pissed and went around the corner to Ruby Tuesday's and spent $70 on food and drinks watching the Sox game for 3 hours with a sweet bartender!! Bad for business Chemawa!

The course itself is a bit of a "helmet" course, but a fun layout nonetheless, which is why I keep (kept) going back. But the last 3 experiences with the staff, will prevent me from going again this year.

A word to the owners... In a day and age where social media is so strong, upsetting 1 client can mean hundreds instantly! You need to take a hard look at the people you hire. Customer service is crucial to your clubhouses business, so a fun, pleasent, happy staff will do wonders for your bottom line! You're entire staff is miserable and borderline antisocial.

Course is always in great shape. The Starter is great, too. Only complaint is the clubhouse/Bar staff, We seemed to be inconveniencing them by requesting a beer and asking to put the ball game on the TV. Just not friendly. Left and went down the street to Uno's.

I have to echo what others said about the condition of the course, but with one difference. Currently the 6th hole is unavailable for play because of resodding so you have to double up another hole, with hole 4 being the one most use. They made it sound like 6 should be ready to go anytime though.

Beautiful course, short and narrow. Front 9 is pretty normal, but still pretty tight. Back 9 has 4 par 3's but they are still challenging. Some holes are pretty hilly. This is a very well manicured course, there isnt a place on the course you can look and not see gorgeous stone walls or landscaping or ponds with fountains etc. They even had bails of hay with pumpkins decorating the far reaches of the back. Well worth the money!

Beautiful course with minimal difficulty. The course sets up great for all levels of play, with some challenge for beginners and drivable 4s for the more experienced. Limited food and beverage, as well as restrooms.

Excellent condition. Best maintained course in the area. Only downside is distance. Average hitters can nearly drive most greens. Only par 5 is really a par 4. If you're playing nine, definitely play the front, the back is a glorified par 3 course with 4 par 3s and par of 32.

The course may not be the longest , or toughest, but it is undoubtedly one of the finest courses in southern mass. The fairways are like carpets, and the whole course is maintained perfectly, right down to the toiletries in the rest rooms on both the front and back 9
