course is consistently in great shape. tough layout but not too tough as to not score well. not too many problems with the staff but i onyl played here a handfull of times. i heard the members feel privileged and are rude. Have had some long rounds here tho. overall good value...during the week.

They just finished the new club house for 2010 and it really adds a nice piece to the course. The course itself is always well maintained, green fairways, quick greens, well kept bunkers, relatively thick cut of rough off the fairway. The course isn't long, but the fairways are narrow and mutiple holes have blind landing areas off the drive. Weekday afternoon tee times are a great value. Pace of play is usually a little slower than you'd like and very slow on the weekends probably due to the affordable price and how well it is kept for the area. Definitely recommended.

fun course...but very unprofessional and rude staff. too hilly to walk!!!

This is a really nice course, some of the holes are very scenic for a local town. Accuracy is a must to score well here.

a nice course with friendly staff. can be easy or hard depends on how your playing. deffinetly dont walk the back 9. But rate of play is consistent but can get a little slow on fridays and really nice days

The course was great. The fairways were well maintained, the greens were nice and fast and the pace of play wasn't bad. The back nine is especially difficult. Overall the course favors the straight hitter over the long hitter. There isn't much of a clubhouse, but the meat and potatoes of the course are tough to beat.

How can a course like this be rated #! in Mass, on 12/7/07?

Don't bother with this one. Course is a target golf, par 70, but there is no reason it could not be a par 72, regular length course. Many poorly designed holes, course is in OK shape, greens were inconsistent, play was very slow.

I played at Meadow Creek on Friday, July 27, which was a very hot day at 12:00 noon with a friend/customer. The staff was very friendly and the course was in excellent shape. From the tee boxes to the fairways and greens, it was tremendous. We enjoyed the course so much that we both commented, "We'll be back." I actually have a tee time there today to introduce another buddy to "The Creek."

A few minor things they could work on:
1) Although it was not overcrowded, there really needs to be a ranger patrolling the course, especially if the are allowing numerous twosomes to go out consecutively. The pace was great (first 12 holes in under 2 hours), but when we caught a twosome of beginners it bogged down until we pursuaded them let us play through.

2) There no refreshments available on the course (other than some water on a few holes) or in the pro shop area. I am sure this will change, but on this hot day, it would have been nice.

Overall, a very enjoyable experience. I recommend it highly.
