This is one of only two golf courses in this area of southeast KY/northeast TN, the other being the course in Oneida. Compared to the Oneida course, it's lacking as far as scenery and maintenance go, but the maintenance issue can be expected as the course was just reopened recently. It plays extremely short, but the lack of any major hazards or tricky holes made it a great place to practice since I'm not the best golfer. Overall, it was a good place to play while there was a tournament going on at my home course.
