Long and tight. Greens were "ok" could be better but ok overall. fairways were maintained, rough not maintained as well. I.E clover, hard and packed in places, etc. Overall a very challenging course if you can't drive the ball "straight" 250yds plus.

Whoever designed this course had to be drunk. If you are a serious golfer, there are several goofy holes. The greens are usually slow. The tees and fairways are decent enough. Its cheap though.
