Drake Creek Golf Club, Ledbetter, KY

If you're playing golf in the Paducah area this is by far your best option. The Zoysia fairways are the best you can play on anywhere. The greens are healthy. The tees are perfect. Drake Creek has a fantastic proshop too. The green fee prices are so low that the entire experience is an amazing value. Play Drake Creek before you play any other area courses because you'll want to go back.

This is a good course but not great. It sure has a lot of potential. Some of the fairways have sink holes over the irrigation lines that are near unplayable and should be fixed. The bunkers were nice but not dressed, they had old wash-outs in them that appear to have been several days old. The greens and aprons were only average at best. The staff I encountered were professional but not outgoing/friendly. After reading the other reviews about Drake Creek I was disappointed but it was not a bad experience.
