The 18-hole "Rising Star" course at the The Links At Rising Star Casino Resort facility in Rising Sun, Indiana features 6,406 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 71. The course rating is 70.3 and it has a slope rating of 125 on Bent grass. Designed by Timothy Liddy, ASGCA, the Rising Star golf course opened in 2000. Full House Resorts manages this facility, with Jumpei Okuda, PGA as the Golf Facility Manager/Golf Professional.

First time i played a true links course and loved every second of it. The course was in amazing condition and the greens were perfect speed for me and reasonably priced. They run a deal if you stay at the hotel casino had a wonderful time felt like i was in scotland.

Played the course 4-27-10
A very nice links course. Price is right. GPS on carts. Big greens, good speed. Fairways and ruffs well defined.
Sand traps need raked. Some wild weeds growing in traps. Overall I would play the course again in a minute.
