Hickory Stick Golf Course Description


The 18-hole "Hickory Stick" course at the Hickory Stick Golf Club facility in Greenwood, Indiana features 7,070 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 71. The course rating is 72.7 and it has a slope rating of 135 on Bent grass. Designed by Timothy Liddy, ASGCA, the Hickory Stick golf course opened in 2001. Essig Golf Management, LLC manages this facility, with Chip Essig, PGA as the Director of Golf.

Course Reviews


The price and condition of the course are great, but I didn't enjoy the course. The entire course is surrounded by homes. The homes aren't necessarily in your face, but it completely took away from the aesthetics for me. So much that I wouldn't go back again. The layout is so-so.

Nice looking course loved the rolling hills and bluffs. Houses being built did not bother me.
