Do not listen to them about the houses. The houses are 50-75 yards right or left. This is the only public course in NW chicago with 10+ stimp greens. If you want a great course with amazing greens look no further. PS. It gets crowded on the weekends, so if possible go on a weekday.

agree with the comments about the houses - WAY too close to the rough. very well maintained but it's really a course with a ton of bunkers, not many trees, and backyards

I play here every week. The course is fairly difficult from all the bunkers and traps. You have to target your landing areas. The houses don't bother me at all. In fact, there was a lot of thought as to their layouts. You have to really miss a shot to hit one. The upkeep and landscaping is top notch.
The food is wonderful. The staff is great. What else do you need or want?
