My wife and I went to Terrace Lakes for our anniversary. We stayed in their "motel" which is a double wide trailer that is converted into eight rooms. Room was clean just tiny. Didn't matter. We were there to play golf. When we got to the pro shop, the guy was unbelievably rude because we are not members. I had a gift card and had made a tee time two weeks prior and informed them of the gift card. Keep in mind this is a public course. The guy says that only members can go out until after 2. I told him I had a tee time and informed them at the time of making it that I was using this pass. He reply was "I knew at the time that you couldn't go out at that time so I didn't even write it in the book." This is the way they treat someone coming from out of town. They advertise all the time that it is worth the drive. You will never feel less welcome in your life. After getting the runaround for over an hour we finally got on the course but only got to play nine because of the late start and having to get back home. Sorry, there are too many great courses in Boise. Skip this one.
