The 18-hole "Waverly" course at the Waverly Municipal Golf Course facility in Waverly, Iowa features 5,888 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 70.Designed by Gill-Miller, the Waverly golf course opened in 1922. Jordan David manages the course as the General Manager.

Course Reviews

This course features a front nine where O.B. or water come into play on every hole. The back nine has a little less chance for disaster. It is one of the more scenic and pretty courses in the area. Features alot of elevated greens protected by deep bunkers. Has a sort of championship feel to it with the water, O.B., and bunkers on so many holes. Is very challenging for a par 70 course. Not overly long by any means but still forces you to use good course management skills to play well. Next year the course is introducing two new holes I believe. We had a glimpse of one and it looked breathtaking. Cant wait to play the new ones next year.
