This is a links course with horrible sand traps. Crushed stone/dark heavy sand. You pelt the greens when playing out of the traps around the greens. Yardage markers are hard to find. Score card is useless to get the feel of the hole. No GPS on carts. Believe it is semi-private. The only plus--
the greens were holding shots well and the speed was not to fast/not to slow. $55 after 12 noon on a weekend seemed steep.
