The 18-hole "Waikele" course at the Waikele Country Club facility in Waipahu, Hawaii features 6,663 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 72. The course rating is 71.7 and it has a slope rating of 126 on Bermuda grass. Designed by Ted Robinson, ASGCA, the Waikele golf course opened in 2006. Aaron Mercado manages the course as the Golf Professional.

Played Waikele about year ago and the course was not in very good shape. There were a lot weeds and bare spots. Played there August 20, 2011 and was plesantly surprised. Greens are in good shape. Fairways and tee boxes are well maintained. A lot of new landscaping has been put in and adds to the beauty of the course. I heard that the owner of the course has put in a lot money and effort to improve the course and it shows.
