The 9-hole "Nicklaus Bluff Nine" course at the Champions Retreat Golf Club facility in Evans, Georgia features 3,685 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 36. Designed by Jack Nicklaus, ASGCA, the Nicklaus Bluff Nine golf course opened in 2005. Heritage Golf Group, LLC manages this facility, with Cameron Wiebe, PGA as the General Manager.

Only Jack could design a course where you have to have pinpoint shots to work your way through these nine. Number 6 is as good as they come! Champions Retreat is a must for anyone who claims they golf.

A hilly nine that winds through woods. Most holes are fairly tight and only three holes with water. Not much room for error on most holes, but very smooth, sloping bent grass greens. Very well maintained and a good challenge.
