I have been a member and a player at the city owned Saints Course for more than 5 years. I enjoy playing here because of the short driving distance form my home, the price which varies during the year, the challenge of the course, especially the front nine with the 2 long par 3s, the large putting green and the practice range. Most times the greens are slower than other courses, but he overall condition and amenties are above average. I find the staff inside the pro shop, the starters, the rangers and bag men are courteous and friendly. I recommend this couse to all golfers.

I like the course. You have your good days and your bad days. Even when its backed up its great. Besides what else could be better than playing golf. Great course for the price.

I have played here a few times in competitions, for some reason the back nine is way easier for me than the front. Anyway, the course has always been in good condition, friendly staff and the layout isn't bad.

For the money, the course is a good value. The only drawback is that the greens left something to be desired. Several had bare spots, some type of weed had infested a few of the greens and overall, they putted slow.

The amenities were acceptable. The Pro shop personnel were friendly; however, the staff that took your bags and met you after the round lacked any "personal touch" that would make you want to come back. Even with this distraction, the course is worth playing.

This is a good course for the summer price. Although the staff is very friendly, the course is ill-managed as the seniors will overrun this course beginning in October. The course is always clogged up with slow players and no rangers in sight to move things along. The course is maintained about as good one would expect for a municipal course. The course has its easy holes, and it's challenging holes. If you can drive the ball further than 275 then you are playing a lot of irons from the tees (even the back tees). This makes things a bit fun.

The driving range is affordable and plenty adequate. The backstop is between 275-300yds. $5.00 for a small bucket of balls. The putting green is big enough to accommodate a busy day. There is a nice pitching/chipping green, with an associated bunker, for practice as well.

Overall its a nice play to get a round in. There are better options in the area, but certainly not a place to stick your nose up in the air to.

This is a nice friendly golf course. It forgives many bad shots and its in pretty good shape. All there workers are very nice guys easy to get along with overall i think its a 4 star course. Book a tee time beforehand and be prepaired to be paired up with someone very enjoyable.

- Cheap
- Decent amenities
- Well-known in the area
- Junior-golfers are welcome to walk...

- Never in great shape... I'd say it's usually around a 6-7 out of 10 in terms of shape
- The greens are 5 out of 10
- Not challenging enough
- Boring layout
- Laughable service
- Head pro is a jerk

Bottom Line:
You can raise your kids and your fledgling junior golfers out here. Once they gain experience and confidence take them to Fairwinds, Panther Woods, Eagle Marsh, or some other affordable course. Quite frankly, there are just better public golf courses in the tri-county area.

Not a bad municipal course at a low price for Florida. Maybe that's why itS always packed. Alot of the holes seem the same. Call aheadto reserve a slot.

Good municipal course

Good municipal course. Has recovered well from the hurricanes. In the middle of building the new club house and restaurant, when completed the amenities ratings will defiantly improve. They have done a lot of improvements and the course is getting better every time I play. Well worth the money.
