Golf here at your own risk. Worst maintained golf course I have ever played on. Greens were worse than awful... some had almost no grass. Some had patchwork fixes... none were good. Really took the fun out of the game. Some of the tee boxes were one big divot. This could be a great property but it looks as if they have put no money into the course in years. Even at the discount rate, it isn't worth it to play here. Do so at your own risk. Golflink should drop this course.... it is that bad.
Played today July 4,2012. Staff when I made a tee time or web site never informed us that the driving range was not available because of a kids golf day. So we arrived an hour ahead and not able to warm up. Backed up big time 5 hrs for 18 holes. Greens and rough overgrown bad. Fairway only fair. No water areas anywhere. No maps on the score card. Our first time there so no clue to the layout. Especially the water. Ball cleaners maybe an inch of dirty water in them. The place is a rip off. Will never return. Too many great courses at the same reasonable price to choose from. I live in Fernandina Beach. Won't waste gas going there again.
Challenging and fun
