Played 3/5/23- Practice green in poor shape. nearly all the greens also in poor shope, bumpy, bare spots, etc. Fairways and rough also poor. Place needs $$$ put into it and better management, Greens Keeper and more. Layout is nice and fair through some pretty scenery. Poor condition will keep me away, play other place until they get it together.

6/14/13 Course is in fantastic condition. The greens are plush and cushioned. Best greens in area and they have challenging breaks. The fairways are near perfect, plenty of grass and the rough is cut to 2 heights both fair to the golfer. Great place to play in the summer because it is a little cooler due to the shade provided by the wooded surroundings plus the woods hold cooler air. Conditions are on par with LPGA at this time

Difficult course in much need of need of maintenance. Tee boxes were in terrible shape. Clubhouse was minimal, and the mens rest room had both urninals out of service and a stall that was clogged as well.
Turnbull Bay has great potential but it is falling into disrepair.
