The course rating is 73.6 and it has a slope rating of 131 on Bermuda grass. Designed by Mark McCumber, ASGCA, the White golf course opened in 1987.

Glad I played this course it has improved from 2008-09 and is on it's way back. Fairways are looking good and greens were fair-good as well. With large oaks and mature foliage you don't notice the homes like you would on most courses in developments. The layout is the best in area by far, great to see Magnolia Point again!

This was the best of the 4 courses we played. Simply beautiful in all aspects and enjoyed by our group. We will be back.
