I have played this course several times and find it enjoyable. It is rather cheap compared to the other courses in the area and the value is good. There is allot of holes with water and that can be frustrating if you are a novice like me but the course offers a good balance between difficulty and playability. I particularly like holes 15 a long par 4 with water and 17, which is a long par 5 that me and a friend were able to reach the green in 2. It is just now starting to warm up here and the course has started to really take shape and green up. The fairways and greens are well maintained, and the greens also offer a fair amount of slope and challenging putts. The driving range is short and if you are a big hitter leave the driver in your bag, and the putting green is small and needs some serious attention. Its an over all good course, it by no means compares to the Destin Courses but it is my home town course and I like it.

I play this course at least 3 times a week. It is in great shape right now. Almost all of the greens are in really great shape... minus the 18th but it is under repair. This is the best golf deal around and is an awesome course for the price. If you want to pay over $100 and play on tournament level courses, go to Destin. I'll stick with my hometown course and play for $24. I recommend this course to anyone.

What a joke. They have been running an ad in the local paper all winter about a special "$24 per person - Includes cart". So I called from my office on Friday stating "I noticed your ad and was wondering if the $24 special was available on the weekend". I was told yes and made a tee time for 2. Arrive and the place is rough... Go to check in and get charged $43. So I ask about the special and am told that I need the ad clipped from the newspaper. Never mentioned during my call to book the tee time. So I explain that I called about the ad I had seen many times before from my office (without the paper) and knew nothing about bringing the ad with me nor was I instructed to do so. Guy asks me "where do you work? What would you do? No ad no discount!" I told him that I was in customer service and would assume that the whole deal was an honest mistake and try to make it right. No deal and very rude. So we pay up and hit the range. They might as well toss mats down because if you could find a piece of grass to hit off of you were very lucky. Nice sign indicates 'NO drivers' as the range is too short and has houses at the end. Well the course has some potential and some holes are in ok shape, but most are not. In the end I would not run this dog track again if they paid me $24. Hey I like putting over cigarette butts like the next guy.... what a disappointment. I honestly feel the ad was a ploy to get you there and charge and extra $20 per player and get you out. Why not, no way you'd play here twice.

Very nice layout with the potential to be a must play course. However each time I have played it the conditioning of both the fairways and greens was a bit of a let down.

This course I have seen 2 ways one very pretty and once very unkept with horrible greens and have refused to return since.

This is a great course for beginners

this course is not too long and not too dificult. the course rating is about a 7.6 and it plays like it. It is my home course and ive been playing for about 8 years here. the only trouble you could have is some tight fairways but other than that this is a great course for all golfers especially beginners
