Very disappointed with them. Et up a tee time drove for 40 minutes them got there and they did not have me on tee time. Then tried to put me for 3 hours later, after 3 pm. I will not be going there again. Not helpful at all and then was rude about it.

I've played this course twice now and am glad to report that I enjoyed the course on every outing. Quite scenic -- it's part of a wildlife conservation area. Staff is friendly.

Course gets a lot of play so you may be waiting on the first tee for quite some time before getting off. And there is usually slow play. Course is easy to navigate if you've never played it. Greens in nice shape. Fairways, plush & velvety green. A real treat. Course is more diffficult on the scorecard than one would imagine. Tight fairways. Very challenging for 4816 yards (from the white tees) without being overly punitive. Bring an accurate driver and some spot-on irons and you'll be okay. Another plus --Chi Chi is quite enjoyable and affordable. All in all, a gem of a find.

Was particularly surprised at the quality of the greens: well maintained, smooth surfaces and good speed. Nice to see some contouring and grass bunkers around the greens as well. It's not a long course by any stretch (would be about 6,000 from the blues if it was a par 72), but it's tight. More than a few holes feature hazards on both sides of the fairway. While the par 4s and 5s aren't particularly long, 3 of the 6 par 3s are over 165 from the back tees, with one at about 200. By not being a wide open course, it plays tougher than the scorecard might suggest. No issues with the staff, got the round in at about 3:25 with groups in front and behind and the carts are GPS equipped.

Tried to play a few courses in the area on a Sat without a Tee Time and finally wound up at Chi Chi's.hat a pleasent experience. Staff was great!!! Got us on in as short a time as possible and the course was in real good shape and challenging.

A very pleasant suprise!!!! I had heard that this wasnt a very nice course but we decided to give it a try and we are so glad we did....Excellent shape and the staff was very polite. Greens were great and rolled very true and smooth. Fairways were perfect as were the tee boxes..This is a short course but its a shot making course and will really test your course management skills. Only 2 draw backs were that the bunkers were hard and seemed to not be freshly raked and the yardage markers were very poor. A few sprinklers were marked but they were on the edges of the fairways instead of down the middle... Overall a great course with a great staff. The guy in the proshop told me that the same greenskeeper has been there since the course was built in 1987...He needs a raise, because those greens were some of the best in the area...

This course is one of my favorites in the area to play. It is set in a park-like environment and is part of the Audobon Society, which means lots of wildlife and birds! The course also features some elevation changes, rolling hills and tricky greens. The course itself is not too long which makes for an enjoyable day of golf for all skill levels.
