Beautiful course, with challenging shots, and well maintained greens. Every golfer will find this course to be a wonderful round and a good time all around. No matter the handicap this course has the spot for you. I would recommend it to anyone.

The greens, the greens, the greens! If you've ever wondered what the Tour pros are dealing with, and have a chance to get on Wampanoag, jump on it! These are complex, severely sloping, undulating and lightning fast! Otherwise a wonderful D Ross classic with complexities and subtleties everywhere. Doesn't play all that long, but the shorter holes all have the tougher greens, so be wise with your approach shots. Off the tee aim NEAR the trouble because if you aim away your second may be impossible to get close. You CANNOT play from above the hole. Rough and surrounding turf is a little sketchy but fairways are excellent. Did I mention the greens? Very welcoming staff - I was a visitor and was treated like an old friend..
