I have played this course three times and the best way I can describe the atmosphere is its like Lord of the Flys. Members are allowed to start from any hole they like and move onto to any hole they feel like. I was walking up to one of the greens adjacent to the driving range and had a walker show up out of nowhere, set his bag down in the fairway about 30 yards off of the green, and start hitting golf balls OVER ME toward the practice green...he was of course a member. On one round, we let a single player play through only to be pushed by him again on the same 9 holes. If you hit a ball in the second cut, plan on dropping a new one, you won't find your original one. Course condition is usually pretty nice but the members/people who play there completely ruin it.

This course is fairly easy to play even for a beginner as myself. All the holes are wide open, so there should be minimal problems keeping the ball in play Most of the holes are straight shots with a slight dog leg here and there. The greens though are one of the fastest that I have ever played on.I thought I might need to get get brake shoes for the balls. The price is very reasonable. For a beginner I would recommend this course to keep frustration to a minimum.
