I have golfed this course twice during the off season (November and March) and both times I would consider the course fairly well maintained where leaves were picked up and off of the fairways and greens. There is a couple holes where the course is conducting upgrades and course repair. Overall I have been pleased with this course. The fairways are fairly wide on several holes which helps those with high handicaps
