was able to play 7 oaks country club for the first time on 5/30/10. had a very nice experience. WITHOUT A DOUBT you knew that you were at a private club. minus the snooty members and hired help etc. EVERYBODY WAS GREAT. the course was groomed perfectly. tee boxes, fairways, and greens could not have been much nicer. however, the rough was tooo rough and the sandbunkers were a little thin. this course is a MONSTER. plays 6600 from the regular men's tees. not a course that is walker friendly. hills, hills, and more hills. but if you are driving the ball well, you will be rewarded usually with a nice landing area. greens are HUGE AND DIFFICULT, but fair. looking forward to playing it again.
