Brookside 2 Golf Course Description

The 18-hole "Brookside 2" course at the Brookside Golf Club facility in Pasadena, California features 6,048 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 70. The course rating is 68.4 and it has a slope rating of 115 on Bermuda grass. Designed by William P. Bell, ASGCA, the Brookside 2 golf course opened in 1928. American Golf Corporation manages this facility, with Kyle Mitchell as the General Manager.

A fun course to play! Beware of the players that come here. Some are cool, some are not! If you have your own group, then you'll have a blast. Course #1 has my lowest round recorded (75) so I will always treasure this place!!!

Nice little course. Scenery was not bad (sans the canal) and enjoyed it.

When both courses are maintained right, both are equally fun to play with but sometimes this course get the attention of a neglected child. Today, the rough was great. Allowed me to chip and flop to perfection. Had fun!

Nice course

Brookside has 2 full 18 hole courses to choose from. #2 is the shorter and slightly easier one. The course is reasonably challenging, with no hole over 500 yards. It is well maintained, especially considering it turns into a parking lot for events at the Rose Bowl. Definitely worth checking out. Discount for Pasadena residents.
