Arizona Golf Resort, Mesa, AZ

Not bad. Typical resort styule course, plays to all levels of golfer, fairly easy if you hit the fairways, bad lies and mounds await you in the fairway rough. Homes lined the outside of the course but none in the interior. Fairways were well maintained. Rough was mostly sand, leaves, and native grass, scrubby. Area around the greens were grassy and mostly mainatained. Greens were fine, mostly sloped back to front with slight breaks, typically protected with 2 bunkers in the front left/right. Cart paths run down the middle of the fairways which was a little odd but seemed to speed up play. Course was busy and all foursomes, Sunday afternoon. Good value if you can get 18 + cart for under $50.
