Not bad, especially for the price.

I played the Encanto 18 on a scorching summer Friday in July. The course was in decent shape given that the greens fees only cost $15 and a cart $7. The greens were in excellent shape, the fairways were acceptable. The bunkers need some sand in them, but again, for $15 this course is eminently playable.

The course is very close to the center of Phoenix, so it is very convenient.

The restaurant apparently just closed, so there isn't any food other than simple snacks at the turn.
