Attempted to play the course on a certificate won during a charity outing (Red Tail G.C.) to play anytime Mon - Fri OR after 12PM on Sat-Sun. The reservation was made with special clarification that the foursome would be playing on a certificate (12:38PM Sunday tee time). Arrived on Sunday to check in and the "Pro" would not honor the certificate and expected full rate to play the round. After some very heated and unpleasant exchange of banter we took our foursome to a more customer friendly course.

The "Pro" was overly arrogant to our party as well as the customer he served prior to our altercation. There are far better courses to play in the area...don't waste your time!!!

The course is great but the management is as responsive to complaints as drying paint.
Twice in the last year I phoned for tee times. When I arrived there, after driving 30+ miles, I found that an outing had been scheduled.
An email and phone call to the General Manager were both ignored.
