Hit or miss. Usually a miss because of the conditions of the greens and fairways. And the water hole is never filled with water and smells of sewage

Played some winter golf there this weekend. Course was in decent shape given the circumstances. Staff was new in the clubhouse, which was also a little run down. Straight forward course--not too challenging; although the par 3s are probably the most difficult holes. The biggest problem was that one many holes there was goose droppings everywhere! Still, I think in the summer time it will be a fun place to play some low stress golf.
