This course is generally pretty and some parts are truly lovely, with old oaks covered in Spanish moss framing the fairways and greens. There are plenty of challenges for low- and high-handicappers alike. However, the course is located directly in the flight path of the nearby airport and flight school, and for most of the round there was a roaring plane taking off literally every minute. Needless to say, the noise from the planes and the adjacent major road was very distracting and unpleasant. There are plenty of nice courses in and around Vero; pick this one only if you are hard of hearing or are comfortable playing with noisy distractions.
