Dawn Hill Country Club, Siloam Springs, AR

This was such a beautiful course and place for the whole family to go but has gone downhill in a hurry over the last 2 years. Course is in sad shape, ponds are stagnate, weeds have taken over, employees are unfocused on their jobs, lounge never open, grill food is awful, tastes bad and soured, rooms are dirty, whole clubhouse could stand a good scrubbing, course restrooms need to be cleaned, no water on the course, sand traps are hard as rocks. Once again, Dawn Hill has been turned back over to Luther due to the fact it was not realized just how much time, $$$, effort and caring Dawn Hill needs. Members are non-existent which was/is Dawn Hill's life. Groups have cancelled. The course is in horrible shape which should have never happened. Will the place ever be like it once was? No, I don't think so unless a miracle happens.

I used to enjoy golfing here years ago, but as of late I can't see myself going back any time soon. Ponds look like cesspools, only 1 or 2 greens have any trace of green on them, no water stations, lost nearly a dozen balls...in the fairways. There were windrows in the sparsely mowed grass, and the price is no lower than any other decent course around. Don't waste your time or money going to this place expecting to play a round of golf...bring a goat or cow to give the crew a hand in groundskeeping.
