We only played the Red Course (9 holes) and despite the amount of play this course gets, it was in good shape. The greens were actually nice and the tee boxes and fairways in good condition.

This course is open but yet the Red Course can provide some challenges and is fun to play. If you want a quick 9 holes, this is the one to play !

Very good value for the money.
