The 9-hole "Baracuda" course at the Miccosukee Golf & Country Club facility in Miami, Florida features 3,360 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 36. Designed by Mark Mahannah, ASGCA, the Baracuda golf course opened in 1971.
First off this course is not worth the money, the greens are horrindas as are the fairways. The worst part is the staff. The rude Indian man named Terry behind the counter had a shirt that said I hate white people! I asked another employee what was the deal with that and said he is the owner and nothing can be done. They have a no tee-shirts policy and I saw this Indian man later, playing in that same shirt with the racist remark, everyone else in nice polo's except him, way to set the example for your golf course @$!*%, who does he think he is? God? Probably never worked a day in his life with all that casino money, pathetic. Then there is the General manager Brian with his crass foul mouth, constantly cursing and belittling his staff, I've been witness to this several times. He doesn't care who is standing around when he spews his nonsense, customers, children, doesn't matter. Then to the girls serving food, that's if they ever get to you to order food there in no hurry. I refuse to subject myself to this stressed environment and crappy unkempt course any longer. Go to Redlands, palmetto, etc courses are in better shape and don't have to put up with their drama...Oh and by the way don't try and use the practice putting green or chipping area if your not playing, the unfriendly rangers will run you off due to Sir Brian's and the Indians orders...
