Corte Bella Golf Course Description

The 18-hole "Corte Bella" course at the Corte Bella Golf Club facility in Sun City West, Arizona features 7,000 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 72. The course rating is 69.6 and it has a slope rating of 119 on Bermuda grass. Designed by Greg H. Nash, ASGCA, the Corte Bella golf course opened in 2004. Scottsdale Golf Group manages this facility, with John Jackson as the General Manager.

This course was in terrific shape! Greens & fairways were in great condition. Sand traps everywhere and for a person with a low to mid 20 handicap I found this course difficult, a couple bad shots will push you into some difficult lies. Overall for the price I thought it was fantastic!

Corte Bella is a pleasant surprise between Surprise and Sun City West. Forgiving but challenging, terrific greens, and a quiet, beautiful neighborhood and clubhouse. If you don't enjoy refreshments in the clubhouse or patio after a round, you missed half of the experience. Not the least expensive track in the area, but a lot of value if you can get on.

A new name - Corte Bella Pasture

I thought golf courses were suppose to be green! The fairways were rock hard which gave to excellent roll of the drive but the greens were in horrible shape. The Brown Pasture is more of a description of the course. Save your money there are much better courses. You would expect more for being a Troon Golf Course.
