First let me state, we are reasonable "older" people who just enjoy the game of golf and follow the rules. Unfortunately, some "young person" [kid] cussed us out for not following the "90 degree rule". This escalated as we do not condone cussing and being disrespectful to customers/and or seniors. Management aka. "Sam" (GM) did not take our side and asked us to leave. This is unacceptable. Do not play here. Before proceeding, let me state you may get a response from Fair Oaks that states "we put a hand on the employee". This did not happen. What should have happened is "Sam" [GM] should have heard what happened. He did not. He sent out his "manager" and he took orders from "Sam". Please do not play here.
inept management. New golf manager (?) plays during time paid to manage. Increased prices on green fees, beer, food and range balls since they decreased the amount you get in a bag for the same price. NO one on site with any golf intelligence or training.
