It almost looks like the course has been abandoned. Can be really cheap if you watch deals on line. But, that assumes you can appreciate the "Tin Cup" conditions. Sad to see this course going down the tubes.

Greens are not maintained well, pace of play was 6hours. No marshal to help keep a decent pace. Will never play again.

This could be an excellent facility except for the staff. A recent problem on the course prompted a call and e-mail to the course manager with no response. When I finally reached him he had a horribly defensive attitude and hung up. You'll be happier elsewhere.
