Big Cedar Lodge Buffalo Ridge Springs Course, Hollister, MO

this was a great course. by far the one of the most beautiful you can play. new clubhouse is amazing. still some renovations being done on the tee boxes. but other than that this course is in top condition. fun, challenging, but most of all just stunning views. i would recommend. we had to play cart path only and that was miserable. ride in the cart or this course will eat you alive

I played this course on 7/14/10 in 95-degree heat and 104-degree heat index. In spite of the heat, the course was in good shape. Recent rains and the course's watering system had not fully drained, so several areas were soggy. That aside, the course was challenging from the tee box and through the fairways, with a lot of undulation from tee to green. Sadly, the greens were relatively tame compared to the rest of the course. The course does get a thumbs down for the lack of a real clubhouse. Operating out of a trailer doesn't do the course justice. I would recommend playing here, and look forward to my next visit.

No Clubhouse was a disappointment, course and maintenance is world class.
