Good fairways, but the course does need lots of maintenance and once you arrive at the 2nd tee it stinks like everybody that's been there has urinated and crapped in the woods.

First the good news is that the greens are fairly good. However, there were numerous unrepaired ball marks on every green. The cart paths are terrible (crushed limestone with hole after hole after hole. There is a regular group that plays every day of the week and they play fivesomes and sometimes sixsomes. They DO NOT let others "play thru". This is the ultimate "good ol boy" network at this course. Management caters to them and if you do not want to get stuck bdhind them, then have a early tee time(before 09:00 a.m. or after noon. To tell the truth, this course because of these things is NOT WORTH THE EFFORT OR MONEY. A more enjoyable round of golf can be found not far away.
