Fantastic beginner course. You'll be able to use a wide range of clubs and you'll find the fairways wide and the greens smooth. Can be challenging at times, though all and all it is a pretty simple course. Personally, this is one of my favorite courses in the area. I've always found the staff very friendly, and all in all there is a great vibe about the course. It can be quite busy at times, but even still the staff will not rush you through your game. I've played there many times last summer and will continue to play there for many seasons to come regardless of my skill level. I really just enjoy the atmosphere and can't say a bad thing about the people working there. This sets a great tone for the other golfers, and you'll find everyone friendly even at the busiest of times. A newer player will be able to use everything from their wedges to their driver, while a more experienced player will want to leave their woods alone for the round. The scorecard admittedly is forgiving, one or two of the par 4's could easily be par 3's on another course. The course is remarkably flat, and you won't find yourself shooting over water at any point. This will hurt my difficulty score considerably, I must admit that this course will not challenge a more experience player. However i would still recommend the course to anyone because the atmosphere is absolutely wonderful, though I will admit that I would forewarn a seasoned golfer about the ease of the course. The course is fairly well maintained for the price, which is quite low. Perfect course for beginners, and a lot of fun for all.
Nice par 3 course to learn on. Great value for the money. Very friendly course for beginners to play and learn on.
This is perhaps a perfect executive course. 9 holes, but you get to use everything in the bag, including the 1 wood on the 9th hole. (Possibly 3rd & 4th depending on pin placement and wind). Of course, you can use the PW or even SW or LW on the 2nd and 8th, but for $16, do you really mind a couple of short holes? VERY good for improving your short game, and it's usually well kept. Repaving the driveway this year was nice, so is the state of the practice putting green. I've done the course in 80 minutes, I've done the course in 180 minutes... it depends on when you're playing. You can usually walk on during the week. Carry or drag only, no carts except for the ranger. They do stock water at the 5th/7th holes, and the port-o-let is easy to get to from the 3rd/6th. Course is well marked. In short, it's not anything special, but then it doesn't pretend to be.
Not too bad but very short. Too many beaters play that backs up on most tees.
A well kept, small course that provides a nice round of par 3 golf.
Fun little placeThis is the perfect place to take out new golfers. Great little confidence building course. The longest hole is 227. It's more than a pitch and putt type course. Great for practicing your short game. 15 handicappers will feel like Tiger Woods on this course. No pressure golf here. Great for kids, ladies, newbies, seniors. Less challenging, but good practice for more experienced golfers.
