Texas Star Golf Course, Euless, TX

Absolutely topnotch. The course is beautiful. Greens were in perfect condition, rolling true and fast. Pace of play was sub-four hour and the staff could not have been friendlier. Course and yardage marking are plentiful and helpful. The layout is fun and challenging without being punitive, and there are several one-of-a-kind fun holes. The only negative, and I'm being picky, is that the site lies next to a landfill and the first 4-5 holes are noisy and, if the wind is right, a bit ripe. Otherwise, it's exactly what golf ought to be - we'll be back.

My father-in-law, son and I were attending a Cowboys game on Sunday, but came into town on Saturday to golf. I found Texas Star online and the reviews were very good. We enjoyed the entire course and would recommend the course to anyone. We would also make this our course of choice if we lived in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. The greens fee was exceptional condidering we played on the weekend. The staff, marshalls and the entire staff were excellent. Thank you Texas Star for making our golf experience exceptional. I currently live in San Antonio and my Father-in-law lives in the DC area.
