Rude self serving shop staff makes this a bad experience golf course. Aside from barely playable course conditions the pro shop counter people are out to get your money and keep it. They owed me a simple $25 and refused to refund it or honor it for merchandise being I was not going to play there any more. An error in a tee time resulted in me paying $25 cash for a round I didn't play, realizing I was at the wrong course 5 minutes after paying the counter guy states the computer is down. It wasn't down when he took the money. It was cash and simply refunding it should not have been an issue. He just wanted to keep the cash, wrote me a rain check expiring the end of 2018. Returned 12/26/18 to use the voucher for merchandise and told they wouldn't/couldn't do it. How lame and self-serving. There are several other courses in this area to play. Done feed then your money. Had I used a credit card they would have been charged back and case closed. Lame PR practices make this a 1/2 star.
