this is my home course. i play it atleast 10 times a year. its always in good condition and its a great value at $20 for 18 and a cart for most of the year. the only bad thing with the course is the bunkers are always in bad shape (rocks, and the sand is never raked). if they were to get tropical sand and take care of the bunkers like the rest of the course, the course would be 4 stars imo.
