Played it for the first time (being from out of state) and there's really nothing to dislike about this track! Fair but challenging! Mostly wide open fairways to hit, with a handful of narrow hallways to hit as you neared the end of the back nine! Greens were very receptive, and putted fairly smooth, which is what you're looking for. From the back tees, you got to use every club in your bag. Par 3s ranged from 154 to 226! Par 5s had some distance, but very birdie-able! For th price, definitely can't beat it! Will play again for sure during my stay in Gilbert!
