My first time around on this nice little 9 holer, & I was pleasantly surprised. Smallish bentgrass greens looked very good, and rolled well considering its over 100 degrees at the end of June. Firm & fast conditions on fairways w/ some hard pan spots along the edges. Clean & well kept. Able to play nine in less than two hours. Will definitely play again some time.
