I use to play this course at least 18 rounds a year within the last 2 years. I was optimistic that the course was under new management and positive changes were ahead....but not so. Every time I go to play 9 with a cart I get different pricing....the usual rate is $27 for 9 with a cart but today I was given $32....after mentioning that the usual rate was $27 I was then offered the standard rate. There are at least 2 tee boxes that are nice and level with short grass...all the other tee boxes are dirt piles, burned out grass, or spotty crab grass. There is no difference between fairway and first or second cut of grass. If you were to take wet newspaper and lay it down and putt on it, it will be just like putting on the greens here.....We had a foursome that was getting ready to play on a Weds afternoon and then a passing downpour went through. Once the rain stopped we were turned away from playing by the manager....so we went to Timberlane in Berlin and played there. The manager of Rolling Greens made every excuse for us not to play there, but we were right out playing at Timberlane with no issues at all. With the amount of business I have been giving this course within the last 2-3 years you would think they would treat you with a little more kindness and not change the price every time you walk in......I will never play there again! For the same exact price you have a better course with great greens and a very nice staff at Portland golf course....

awful. no maintenance. no fairways. no sand-traps (unless you consider mud sand). Prices are high. Prices fluctuate drastically depending on who's working. No cart paths, unless you consider dirt and tree roots a path to follow. Never play here. The only reason they make a cent is because they have monopolized Rocky Hill due to gas prices.
