Stonebridge Golf Course Description

The 18-hole "Stonebridge" course at the Stonebridge Country Club facility in Aurora, Illinois features 6,905 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 72. The course rating is 73.5 and it has a slope rating of 132 on Bent grass. Designed by Thomas Fazio, ASGCA, the Stonebridge golf course opened in 1990. Kevin Wenstrup manages the course as the Golf Professional.

Championship golf course - Fazio design

Great golf course with typical Fazio design. Large landing areas lead to tight approaches to greens with lots of protection around greens. Large undulating greens with subtle breaks. Par 3's are difficult. Par 5's are reachable by long hitters. Good mix of par 4's. Former site for SBC Senior Tour (5 years) and Kellogg Classic LPGA (3 years). Fun course to play.
